Hi, I’m Claudia…
the delirious mama behind This Delirious Mama.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re carrying the mental load of an entire family.

The schedules.
The laundry.
The meals.
The finances.
The endless to-do lists.

I also know what it’s feels like to wonder…

“How is everyone else keeping up?”

Over time, I realized I was asking myself the wrong question.

I didn’t need to figure out how to keep up with everything. I needed a better way to figure out what actually worked for my family.

That realization eventually became the BUILD Method.

I stopped looking for the perfect system and started paying attention to what actually worked.

When my first daughter was born, I thought getting organized meant buying the right calendar or finding the perfect cleaning schedule.

Then came the next size clothes…
More toys…
Another pregnancy…
Another maternity leave…
Returning to work…
Two little girls depending on me every day…
And a husband longing for connection.

Eventually, I realized the problem wasn’t finding a system that would work forever. It was learning how to recognize when something was no longer working — and knowing what to do next.

That realization changed everything.
I believe moms deserve to feel present in their own lives—not like they’re constantly playing catch-up.

My mission is to help moms become more confident understanding how their homes are working, figuring out what could work better, and building flexible systems that support their families through every season of life.

One evening after returning to work from my second maternity leave, I finished our bedtime routine, sat down on the couch, and realized I had nothing left to give.

I was trying to solve every problem all at once.

And most of the time, I was jumping straight to fixing whatever felt most urgent without stopping to understand why it kept happening.

So I started approaching things differently. I slowed down. I paid attention to what was already working, what wasn’t, and why. Instead of trying to change everything, I started with one problem at a time.

That became the beginning of what is now the BUILD Method.

Why I created the BUILD Method

I needed a way to stop reacting to every fire and start creating systems that actually worked for my family. Not perfect systems. Flexible ones.

The BUILD Method helps you:
• Take a closer look at how your home is actually working.
• Recognize what’s helping and what’s creating friction.
• Understand why something isn’t working before trying to fix it.
• Figure out what might work better for your family.
• Build, test, and adjust flexible systems as life changes.

Because life changes. Your systems should too.

Here you’ll find encouragement, practical ideas, and simple systems for every season of motherhood.

Routines & Rhythms

Simple routines that help life feel less chaotic.

Home Organization & Decluttering

Because your home should support your family—not overwhelm it.

Family Life & Traditions

Intentional habits that help your family thrive together.

Because motherhood is beautiful… and exhausting.

Sometimes we’re thriving.
Sometimes we’re surviving.
Sometimes I sit down for the first time all day and realize it’s already 8:00 PM.
Sometimes I’m mentally planning tomorrow while I’m still trying to finish today.
Some days I don’t realize I’ve skipped lunch until I’m standing in the kitchen making dinner.

I’ve learned that those moments don’t mean I’m failing—they’re simply reminders that motherhood is demanding, and I need systems that care for me, too. This isn’t about becoming the “perfect mom.” It’s about creating a life that feels intentional—even on the messy days.

I imagine a world where moms don’t measure success by how much they accomplish in a day. Instead, they feel confident knowing how to create and adjust systems that support the way their families actually live.

Because intentional motherhood isn’t about perfection—it’s about creating a life that works for your family.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed…
If you’re tired of trying to fix everything overnight…
If you’re ready to build simple systems that actually work for your family…
I’m so glad you’re here.

Let’s build a home that supports the way your family actually lives.

Every season of motherhood brings new joys, new challenges, and new responsibilities.

A newborn season looks different than toddlerhood. Returning to work looks different than staying home. One child looks different than three. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all routines.I believe in building systems that evolve with your family.

Some days the laundry is folded before dinner.
Some days we’re eating cereal for supper.
Both kinds of days are part of motherhood.

Build a home that supports your family.
Because the goal is, on the days that don’t go according to plan, your home can still work for you.
